Return and refund policy
For all products bought in store and online, you have 14 days to return from date of purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or no longer needed, please inform us as soon as you can.
Stationery Shop Returns Process
All items purchased online for home delivery can either be brought into the shop for return, or a collection can be arranged. If ordered in-store, products must be returned to the shop.
If you are bringing an item along to the shop, please make sure to bring a proof of purchase.
We can also arrange collection of the product for returns within the 14 day period. Please email us to arrange this.
How are refunds issued?
Refunds will issued via the original payment tender and channel, regardless of how the item is returned.
- If you purchase online, refunds can only be issued via our online payment system, which may take a few business days.
- If you order an item over the counter and paid in store, a refund can be issued immediately.
